Payment and Shipping

 All parcels are sent recorded or insured and signature on delivery is required. The postage prices are calculated on the weight of the average single pair of sunglasses in a hard case and wrapped.UK Customers - £ 8.00 Special Delivery service, insured to £500.00, next day delivery or £ 5.00 first class sign for. If an item is returned to us uncollected and has to be reshipped, the customer will have to be charged for postage again. If a parcel looks like it has been damaged/opened then the customer must sign that the package was not received in perfect condition. Postage cost are not refundable.

Secure Ordering

All payments are made through our secure merchants account on PayPal, Shopify Payments and Coinbase Commerce. We do not take any of your personal details on this site during the order process. You will notice that when you go to the checkout, the site where you enter your details is secured. This gives you the confidence that your purchases are safe and secure. Returns & Refunds Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any non bespoke item purchased from Iwear Italia for a full refund.

Order cancellations & Refunds

All order cancellations must be made in writing stating your contact details, within 14 working days of the day after you receive the goods, and we'll contact you as soon as possible within 14 working days of the day after you receive the goods. Postage costs are non-refundable. Bespoke lenses or prescription lenses are non-refundable.

If however your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us. Return or exchange an item If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt (excluding custom made items which are non returnable unless faulty).

We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different model/ colour if preferred.Upon receipt of your order, please check the goods are in perfect condition and notify us straight away if there is a problem. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.We will not accept parcels that incur duty charges.

If you receive your item in a faulty condition you must notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt of the productFaulty Item/ I Received the wrong item If the item you received is faulty/wrong item please contact us at :  quoting your order number, your name and address, contact details and details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. If you receive your item in a faulty condition you must notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt of the product.This returns policy does not effect your statutory rights.

A Contract between the customer and Iwear Italia for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched. This does not affect the customer's statutory rights. Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please see delivery times and charges. You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days. All transactions are shown in £ sterling.
